Prequel to Terrel Harris: Per MGL 66 § 10.: Please provide access to review any and all documents you provided to Brown, Rudnick in response to their 23 August, 2010 Subpoena Duces Tecum Request within the time alloted by Law. See Attachment 1.
1. What's up Dan? You're the DA, you tell me why you can't or won't respond to my rather simple inquiry of 3 September, 2010. If you recall, I was concerned that some members of the Revere Police Department might have been blowing rails on the night that Dan Talbot died. As a former AAG who is pro-good-cop, I know that Americans need to have faith in Law Enforcement, and it would be wonderful for your office to be timely with document requests and to dispel any notion that cocaine was involved that night. So don't put your finger in my face or ignore me, just answer my questions in the time allotted by the Laws of Massachusetts, thank you. Or I will see you in Court to enforce those Laws.
2. All kinds of Depositions are flying in Joanna Marinova v. Boston Herald, Byron Barnett and WDHD/Channel 7. Most of them are Document Subpoena Duces Tecum, but Herald attorneys Brown, Rudnick (they LOVE my blog!) have gone one step further and scheduled an Actual Deposition at 9:00 a.m.,Friday, 24 Sept. for DOC/EOPSS Secretary Mary Beth Heffernan, seen above with Yours Truly in our impromptu elevator chat. The Brown, Rudnick document is in the video below, stop film to read.
3. Martha Coakley's Office has documents for Part B of my public records request (see last paragraph) asking for the total amount of fines assessed against any and all real estate companies engaged in providing mortgages for the years 2006 - 2009, inclusive. They are reviewing said documents and will notify me when they finish their review of same. When I get that information, I will approach the Fiscal Office to determine where these monies were spent. Their response document is in the video below, stop film to read.
