First and foremost, Attorney Mullen falsely claims
“The point is that he was not a licensed attorney at the time he represented himself as such.”
Attorney Mullen has not one iota – not one shred of evidence that his statement is true. In fact, it is resoundingly false. First of all, the ill-motivated First Amendment attack against me by his client in the form of an Indictment of Attempted Felony Extortion was nol-prossed after I sat through voir dire, eager to have a trial, and that is a FACT. Second, the Unauthorized Practice of Law case brought by Mullen’s erstwhile boss Kelly Ayotte was DISMISSED.
As the Nashua Telegraph's Kevin Landrigan noted this morning, here comes Kelly Ayotte and Jackass Joe Arpaio on Sunday to the Crowne Plaza, where I occasionally served Voss water when Jackass Kelly and Jackass Martin Dunn had me under Indictment for writing Dunn a Civil Rights Demand Letter when I was NAACP Legal Chair. Oh it all went away, but it goes to show what a hater she is. Last week Landrigan affirmed what I've been saying for a while about how she lost the Planned Parenthood case.
And I'll be there with KingCast Canon blazing. She must have thought I was an undocumented worker 2 weeks ago, maybe THAT's why she threatened to arrest me, as seen in the KingCast video, above. Try it again, Kelly, I dare you, you little narrow minded pea-brained hater you. You're just a puppet on a Republican string, baby, and your cover is blown.
She is such scum, it's so ridiculous, look at her pandering to the lowest common denominator, as if undocumented workers/illegals really caused the money problems in this country, that's BS there is PLENTY of M1 and M2 in this country, but Kelly's corrupt friends like Taxmasters (under lawsuit by Texas AG and $10K contributor to Ayotte's slimy campaign) have control of it:

Dunn covered up by getting me indicted for Attempted Felony Extortion when I wrote a Demand Letter (case also dismissed/Nol Prossed). Dunn thought it would be funny if a big man named Bubba raped me in prison, and he -- along with Kelly Ayotte's ertswhile Waterboy (bottom picture) Dan Mullen told lies about me that the NH Supreme Court has begun to reverse.

These guys were worse than Citibank money laundering Mexican Drug money, being sued by the Ohio and California AG's for tricking undergraduate students and stealing millions in illegal sweep accounts from vulnerable clients. Now the Michael Holman case is getting interesting as well. Kelly Ayotte's office received dozens of pages of information about Unconstitutional practices against him by Madison Chief John Pickering that have allowed his children to remain in the care and custody of a negligent mother while issuing bogus threats of arrest and trumped-up charges against him. Even the Boston FBI is aware of a substantial file that they obtained from the NH AG in 2009, as noted in its initial review, which has since been revisited. Congressman Jay Inslee and others are looking into that matter, meanwhile read his position statement and FOIA/RSA 91-A Right to Know correspondence (referencing 19 pages of now-missing documents) indicating that the NH AG's office -- under Kelly Ayotte -- destroyed his entire file except one page.
Congressman Inslee's 15 October 2007 letter acknowledged a huge packet of information, much of which should have been on file with the NH AG's office.
Supporting Unconstitutional practices is nothing new for Kelly Ayotte, remember her run at me as NAACP Legal Chair, her support for Unconstitutional DNA reporting for NH youth and her deceitful misrepresentations in losing the Planned Parenthood case, while claiming that she won? Kelly Ayotte real legacy is well documented right here.
Maybe that's whyTPM shows Ayotte in trouble, and even the conservative Union Leader -- which itself has been a potboiler for political corruption in the past, recall Ed Muskie and the Canuck letter -- endorsed Ovide Lamontagne in the Republican 2010 U.S. Senate race.

To that end, TOUCH 106.1 FM has sponsored events or worked with many organizations and corporations.
.......... However, ultimately, the Station does not support any continued and intensive investigation into troubling socio-political issues.
......I was a co-host of many evening drive-time shows called "TOUCH Beat" that received little to no support from Brother Charles, a former Law Enforcement Officer as am I. For some reason, however, he often acts like a gatekeeper but I push the issues with color commentary and in-court video.
