They might not like what I have to say... but they dang well listen whether I am a practicing attorney or a blogger. The Revere cop who reported me for recording the Dan Talbot - Robert Iacoviello, Jr. trial and taking pictures with my iPhone I believe to be one Sergeant Steven Pisano. He was reportedly concerned about a mistrial, as if I don't know what is inappropriate to shoot per SJC Rule 1.9. That’s not funny, but what is (sorta) funny is the fact that he’s a potential or identified witness and wasn’t supposed to be in the Courtroom anyway. Now THAT could result in a mistrial, shizzle.
Anyway, Here's my application for full-camera, full media privileges. I dropped it off at 1p. today and I was supposed to hear back before 5. If not, I will inquire when I arrive at court tomorrow morning, all cameras at the ready.
