In 2000, the Massachusetts Governor's Board of Pardons and Paroles met to consider a commutation of Gerald's sentence. After nine months of investigation, the board, reputed to be the toughest in the country, voted 5-0, with one abstention, to commute his sentence. Still more newsworthy was an added statement, signed by a majority of the board, which pointed to the lack of evidence against the Amiraults, and the "extraordinary if not bizarre allegations" on which they had been convicted.Martha Coakley is running a similar game, by and through the Massachusetts Division of Banks, against a black woman named Cat Gibbons, check the video here. Gibbons is believed to be one of only three black female mortgage brokers in Massachusetts, and she held a #1 rating until the shenanigans set into play by the Division, which ignored her earlier complaints against white-owned businesses including Fidelity Guarantee, even though Fidelity had received a Cease and Desist Order in Vermont for similar unethical practices. See Fidelity Guarantee Mortgage Corporation v. T Reben, 809 F2d 931 (1987).
Coakley has allowed the Division -- without a shred of evidence and despite Affidavit from counsel -- to accuse Cat Gibbons of Miracle Mortgage, of being a convicted felon. She has further allowed the Division to refuse to provide time-stamped copies of her response letters regarding 5 Stated Income Deals that are now the alleged reason they are trying to revoke her license, despite the fact that her deals put no one in harm's way and occurred prior to changes in policy, and despite hand-delivered and time-stamped correspondence from Yours Truly.
But it's All Good: I have helped Ms. Gibbons prepare her packages for lawyers who will soon be signing on to fight this abuse before the Division and at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD).
As for Kelly Ayotte (Glenn Beck even said "Vote No") and her lies that covered up for Franconia Office Bruce McKay and her "hero" Gregory Floyd -- who likely murdered Liko Kenney -- you can start reading here.
Unlike Coakley, Ayotte lied to me about the presence of a knife complaint that actually existed, when Bruce McKay stuck a "p***s-shaped knife" (words chosen by the victim in her interview with me) near the privates of an innocent woman who happens to hold a Criminal Justice Degree and who was married to another LE. Read it all right here.
The Party establishment, Republican and Democratic respectively, puts women like Ayotte and Coakely (both now running for Senate) into these positions of power and dares anyone to contradict them, lest we be labeled as anti-woman. But it's not about that as Kelly Ayotte's legal legacy accurately shows, heck I even beat her; the Court found she acted illegally in my RSA 91-A Right-to-Know case. What it's about is Truth, Justice and the American Way, or more accurately Untruths, Injustice and the American Way.
